Before passing away, John instilled a strong work ethic and leadership mindset in his sons, Paul and Mark, who took control of the company in 1997

With other leaders of the Septic Management Group, Paul helped establish guidance that the NJ Division of Water Quality would later adopt for septic service businesses, thereby raising the quality of services customers have now come to expect throughout the state.
